I lamented the fact that Maddie and Hen have zero relationship, and to my great surprise, the series decided to rectify that a little bit here by having them finally talk, though it starts a little tense. And he wasn't so much looking for this random person to tell him he should propose, but more just trying to get an outsider's perspective of his dilemma.
